“Perseverance is success” is not only a phrase but has become a way of life for the entire Aadharshila family commenced in a small room in this  marudhara Bikaner by a visionary Mr. Kishan Chandra Aneja six year later, he got married  to Sunita Aneja Both worked all together to complete their vision and to provide stunning students to our society in several areas such as engineers, advocates ,doctors and  govt. different areas.

This great educationists built one well known school over a period of forty years and have also been responsible for the spread of education in Bikaner  by providing and developing new educational institution Aadharshila Global School . Beside developing new educational institution, they also contributed in many diverse ways to the educational fraternity.
